This one day course is appropriate for primary and secondary teachers, and curriculum leaders. This one day course will look at questioning, differentiation, high order thinking, and assessment to meet the needs of gifted and talented students. We will also learn how to design program options for gifted and talented students, including grouping, acceleration options, compacting, mentoring and alternative programs. This is a stand-alone one-day course, and participants will join others who are completing this as Day 3 of a three-day comprehensive gifted and talented education course.
