The Growth Coaching model has been designed in response to individuals and teams who have asked for more personalised support to improve their practice and acquire and embed new skills. Join the Growth Coaching Community to work one to one or with your teaching team with Education Consultant and highly experienced educator Kylie Bice, who will work with you to identify and achieve your goals to improve your teaching or leadership practice. You choose your area of focus (eg. program design, inquiry, differentiation, assessment design, gifted and talented etc) and together we will implement strategies to achieve your goals step by step. Your Growth Coaching package includes:
Twice per term - 1.5 hour coaching sessions with you or your team (online or in person depending on location)
Once per term - 1 interactive online PL webinar with other Growth Coaching Community members to network, and share strategies and ideas
Exclusive access to online video content, resources, online group networking and message contact with your Growth Coach.

Do I want to work on a specific skill or build capacity over a longer period? This will help you choose whether to choose a short or long term plan.
Do I want to change persistent habits and embed new practice? If yes, then a 12 or 18 month plan is the only way! HINT: Book your plan to last past the long Christmas break to really see change happen and not just confined to a calendar year.
